There are no good things about this company.

... life balance is worse. No leaves, harassment but most of all its BONDED LABOUR. They make you sign contract for 18 months for 2 lacs with very less in hand salary. No benifits, no transportation or allowance for night shirts. Maximum they will give employees night shifts plus no appreciation for good work.

Management need to work on several areas just not to downgrade the existing policies, but to focus on new processes for employees betterment

Lack of Management, lack of leadership, lack of problem analysis, poor salary analysis, nothing extra, no employee satisfaction

Only working environment is very good there except this nothing is said to be good.

No job security,no proper salary hikes,no career growth,it's a kind of job where you can just hit enter and enter and enter and nothing else.

Only few people are okay in team. Managers only support their favourite people, and give them good hike and rewards.

Dislikes

Team culture is disappointing- filled with politics, favouritism, and overall toxic environment that make it difficult to work effectively. I recommend people do not go for this company. There’s no growth as professionally nor personally. In this company you will be dumb and people make you feel dumb as if you do not know anything.

Pathetic team culture. Too much politics. Seperate policies for favourites. Torturing environment. Few teams are bearable.

Dislikes

politics, no equality in work distribution,unnecessary issues for the person working , no way to justify work as no even after meeting SLAs you can be a bad performer
