Discipline , to follow the process of Real time Management & to learn from mistake

Dislikes

I work for a short period so sometimes misbehave by management to working on production Department. But, misbehave by management on the base of they didn't follow team leader instruction. But, I dislike due to as per my view the other sources also have to convey them.
