Only one thing is good. There is no punch in punch out manual or biometric system is there at regional office. So if u late in traffic everyday, it won't affect salary.

Salary structure very poor. No body appreciate your achievements. No one cares about any timeline. Everything is in slow motion. Too much politics. Feminism. Rural colony culture in office. No respect to subordinates
