Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Good salary and incentive structure

Dislikes

Literally everything else other than salary and infrastructure needs to be improved. Not recommended for peace of mind and work life balance. Be ready to get humiliated in front of everyone every now and then if you don't meet target once.

Had a good time with Bask HR. This is a good platform for a fresher who wants to build up their career in Recruitment. We can spend learning new things each day in recruitment, be it new roles or understanding a candidate or the process that we work. There is nothing I like about this company. They treat you like an animal, they dont teach the new employee any skills but expect them to do 5 times more work than the experienced worker. This place traumatized me for life. I'm glad I left

Dislikes

No breaks, heavy workload, work doesn't stop even after 9 hours of heavy work without breaks, the managers have no chill. God bless.
