I want to like it , but the senior here give a lot of trouble, and manegement team is not right , the work is not appropriated.

I'm really glad that I worked for this company. The work culture was really great. Every person was so helpful and Cooperative. Specially the HR team as I was a part of that and learnt lot from them. Always grateful.

Salary gets delayed a bit. But you always get your salary.

Like other NGO where employee wait for their salary 2 month, 3 month , in this company salary on time. Supportive Seniors, open culture , spread you skills, if performance good then got opportunity to move other department like, audit, operation etc.

Like other skill development companies here also your job is on contractual basis, Every time your contract will renew.. That's create insecurity . Rest Ok

There is huge loan processing fees for customers.

Communicating with the people, Creating public awareness about clean survey among the people,Communicating the various schemes of the Municipal Corporation to the local citizens etc.

Not encouraging work, not getting payment on time, not getting common leave etc.
