No job security, no hikes in salaries, no appraisals. Not regularly paying salaries, no development in growth, there is no salary difference between fresher and experienced. No bonus in this company. Company pays salary once for 4-5 months. And didn't pay full salary they hold the salary for few months .

In past 11+years I have learnt and gain many more experience in various projects, topics, different responsibilities getthering new employees, vendors, company culture is very nice I have always feel free to work here and for this reason I have successfully completely my tasks assigned by company, support from seniors as well as CEOs is very incurraging to work here. I am so provide to work here.

Salary and reimbursement getting delayed since 4-5 years

Ridiculous..they don't give salary monthly..the give salary for one month after completing two month period.I didn't get salary of two months so left the job.worst company.I have worked for nasik centre till corona pandemic.

My name is Ajay Singh from Bareilly Centre my colleague is very good and my reporting maneger is good But salary is not good according to work and not good appraisal but learning is very best and team environment is good and work progress to handle to reporting maneger . I do hard work but not satisfied to senior person so my increment and promotion not good but politics reasons.

According to my working experience is Best but not promoted to next position so not satisfied for this post my eligibility and my knowledge check out and one year worked record too provide the next position.
