Nothing much work culture is toxic and the seniors are not even polite. They are doing micromanagement which affects the productivity of an employee

Work culture, seniors. Achieving target is the only thing for the team leads and if you failed to do so they started scolding you.

The company is the definition of what I've imagined how start-ups are. Never a dull moment at work, there is always out of the box innovative idea brewing up. There is nothing like hierarchy as everyone is welcome to bring in their creative ideas and take up projects. As far as growth & opportunities, it really depends on your work rather than your cv. Working with similar start-up entrepreneurial mindset folks is highly rewarding with great personal satisfaction. Managers been there during tough times both emotionally and as mentors professionally. Overall Ive had great experience.

As for me, nothing at all. For people who are of corporate of service mindset, it is definitely not the place.

There is nothing to be disliked about this organization! I honestly believe this organization has the potential to compete the great names in ed-tech industry. Looking forward to its growth in future years!
