The main reason I chose to work with this company is that I had a chance to talk to the founder of the company. He is a very intelligent and friendly person. He and his team are very supportive and always ready to help.

...ire & fire every month. Do not put your career at risk by joining this company. They promise big, they will persuade you to come onboard will pay you well, you have career growth all this promises are fake. In fact , they don't pay salaries. If you see any positive reviews here its because they insist new joinees to write a positive review so that they can improve their image. Senior management only know how to play politics, pressurize employees to perform without no strategy of their own.

I had quite a good experience there as a fresher, they didn't even cut my salary when I took a leave for almost a week for some personal reason, they are very kind and considerate, I loved working there in a very friendly environment.

The only thing I didn't like about working there was that they don't give off on weekends.

They also allow their employees to work from home if they are able to, which is good for those who work better in an office-like setting. They also have many opportunities for growth in their company and lots of different projects for their employees.

The only thing I would say that might turn many people off is the lack of a salary hike, even though you are a better performer than the rest
