Dislikes

1. Corporate office is within the factory premises, so we are constantly exposed to bad chemical smell 2. No incentive scheme in sales revenue generated 3. No regards to work life balance. We are asked to serve the clients 24*7 . Not that I can't but you can't compell for this. 6 day office with no Saturdays off 4. Director is habitual liar. I caught him 2-3 times lying. He gives sales target and on achieving those targets, he denies that he ever gave sales target, just to avoid any compensatory benefits in future. 5. No travel, not even in exhibitions, although the profile is clearly meant for international travelling 6. Job security is decent, only because nobody is willing to relocate here from bigger cities.
