Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

There is great Work Life Balance for the Compensation received and we also have the opportunity to contribute and get incentivised for it. There is free hand in managing our divisions. Reporting needs to be a little more stringent though.

Without reasons they terminated me, unnecessary i got career gap. Just i worked six months only, For staff always meeting meeting, No time for staff regular activities
