...idn't feel any type of politics because the work environment is very good there. And I think BASF gives the best salary in the industry. I got all things very good there. I really wish to get a job there.

There salary was good at the point, even if you are a fresher, you will like feel "Madhubani" after meeting with them , there first thing is to attack you in different ways whom you feel to avoid, they just asked the same thing again and again . Please be careful.

Their interview preparation is horrible, I was selected for interview and there the Team BDT guide me and they said that I have to prepare some of points , I prepared it ( Actually they gave me points like NEFT,RTGS,IMTS,AEPS and much more ) , But who was guided me there to actually perform the interview , she was misleading me , and I found that the totally different topics were asked to me to perform. I was shocked and also can't said there that your employee said me to prepare for these topics and now you are switching to another topic. Also I didn't asked the employee to guide me , so why she did it to me ?

...t. New commerce are blended immediately. Company policies are good and positive. Appraisal are fair and salary hike is good but dependents on your performance and every one liable for bonus.

There is a groupism and lots of politics. Designed but career growth is very slow.
