The company is well structured in daily business it runs, job opportunities, trainings and with that i love sharing the same vision with the company because its dedicated to the mission, it has helped me acquire all the knowledge in regards to paints throughout my humbled beginnings. Ive managed to work in different departments up to my current position which is a plus to the company thus they are not limiting growth when one wants to excel in a different department, also Ive build my customer relationship and problem solving to the companies clients since am able to move around and met different clients in my line of duty.

Dislikes

Working contracts are less than 1year, promotions take too long before one is recommended and sometimes they end up recruiting from outside for the position at hand.
