Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Work culture is HORRIBLE here. None of the Management people- the G.M(Mr. Prasun Nath), Managing Director(Mr. Narendra Garg) does not have the simple sense to retain the staffs, behave properly, respect to the team etc. Overall, working here with these people is a Nightmare for me, atleast. The G.M is also maintaining a good practice with the suppliers and agents & is earning a healthy commission. Hope, Mr MD is not aware of this.
