No Job security, long working hours, and they force you to work.. coworks are less skills and many doesn't know the process to start working with. Internal politics is the very big thing and the management doesn't know to figure it out and running projects with the same engineers... Here it's more of a cad work rather than designing anything.. Top level management managers seek the employee personal information using their juniours. which is not acceptable in the corporate culture.. Non transparent organisation.. Even a top-level management peoples doesn't know engineering. U can only servive only if ur a bestie to ur reporting manager neighter ur skilled or experienced doesn't matter. Overall a worst experience pls DNT spoil your career by joining in this organization.

Barry wehmiller well supported to us for the pandemic period. At the time of covid-19 lock down they are clearly instructed no one need to come to office if you need anything we are ready to support an all time and weekly twice they are conducted team meeting. In the team meeting we can able to raise like project,health and any related issue.

What's best about Barry- Wehmiller International is its importance and care toward their employees. Especially the Culture and people developement team that keeps trying to improve the well being of employees and their effort towards making the environment friendly for the people.
