The company on a global level is fantastic and takes care of its employees in terms on facilities, salary, development, global placement as well & you can feel it.

Dislikes

You have to leave your self esteem outside the company gate and be in the good books of the company leadership. Only then you are safe, else god help you. The management In India doesn't necessarily pass all the benefits to the employee which are available globally. Office politics although done by very talented & top management people & this makes the environment toxic. And this is irrespective of any department. If you work here, you face it. Period!

- no growth - heavy politics - work not valued - career plan has no value - higher management to ready to listen to feedback - Mumbai office is cramped..too small office for too many people. Need to get in a queue to go to the washroom

Local HR use to deploy their own policy. Factory culture is quite good, they use to focus on employees well-being and growth

Differentiation between shop floor employee and admin employees. Even though some of shop floor people are equally educated still there is cultural diff. Might no one wants to break
