Fellow employees are really nice and helpful

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent accordingly but career growth is slow. Bond of 2 years is there before which you cannot resign and if you do, it is not a smooth process. New joiners are not given any formal training, the current employees are told just to guide the new ones. Very strict timings. Lunch break is for 30 minutes for which even 5 minutes extra cannot be taken.

They want pay salary during lockdown...After lockdown completed they can not call employees to rejoining...They behave like zero value with employee who won't come during lockdown...

All are rubbished, 3 year agreement...During job periode they can terminat you anytime...There is no rule from company side..

Good work for my first job in baroque pharmaceutical it is learning banefit more and all staff are helping us

Some time late 1 minutes then also cut the money should be also i don't like this type police .

Very bad company, zero values of employees. They take blank check duing Joining. Make 3 years bond, if LEAVE company, they file FIR COURT CASE. And said after resignation employees give check. Fully false company. Never joined this.

Good work environment and culture, teammate are slightly supportive and management is transparent, they imparted training timely and better place for enhance knowledge and everything , they give a task for personal development.
