Likes

They treat employees as humans and not machines. Understand and give emphasis to employees work life balance. Company standard is to always upgrade to the latest technology currently being used. I believe there is always a difference between work pressure and mental pressure so even though a little bit of work pressure is there(well we are being paid for that only) sometimes but there is no mental pressure.

Some projects don't offer much learning or growth opportunity. As the team is mostly in SA, it gives you feeling of remote job even if you work from office.
