A staff of bank who is govt employee they harras and take lots of his personal work to me.. Becoz I am private person and I need job. So I can face all problem. And close our emotions

Training regular intervals. Job fully secured. Salary as per IBA settlement like all public sector banks,LTC 4/2 yrs block all India,environment satisfactory, work pressure comparatively high due to deposit /credit mobilisation, cross selling, fulfilling Govt programmes etc.work life balance is satisfactory. Overall competition & work pressure is comparitave high.Health insurance from bank. For child care leave provision for 2yrs. NABARD, RBI & internal training. Education loan for India& abroad studies from bank apart from other loan like housing,4/2 wheeler, festival loan intt. free,personal loans. For outing LTC from bank every 2/4yrs block for all India.

Dislikes

There is no fix timing for off. It may be 8/9pm though officially fixed time is 5pm.

Staff working culture extra ordinary. Good knowledged staff. Work environment very good. Appreciable customer service

Dislikes

No pension benefit. Government Wong policeies as doing experiment time to time on bank.

I work in bank as office assistant .the bank's security about job was not secure and work culture was best.company policies and bank admin , management was very cooperative.

Because there was job insecurity.
