It's my honour to work for BHMSH. The teammates are extremely supportive . The training period has long hours. It will definitely improve your skill. The work and life balance is achieved through remaining leaves.

Dislikes

There is no improvement in salary as per your work . Although work pressure is completely low , employer did not receive any service from the hospital. Even in medical emergencies among staff at that time we didn't receive any help from the hospital . I suggest that employer should introduce some facilities for staff any how , otherwise their interest towards work gradually decreased. Therefore patients might be suffer .

It was superb experience in BHIRC . i was start my career in this hospital. I learn basic skill , I seen real life value .. Today I feel proud to work with BHIRC.

Dislikes

salary increments , they are making same degree person and all equal , so just because others are not respecting.e.g, as per post people should give respect.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
