One the the only consider during hiring is your previous CTC and in job description the mention other skills which are of no use in real working. even the dont provide individual Work email ID

I liked the service of BGSS very much, salary used to come here on time.

Dislikes

Salary is very less in BGSS, and here operator is given pressure and force to work. If the customer does not come to the bank, then whose work will the operator do, let alone bring him from outside.
