VP and AVP driven. you should say "YES" to whatever they say. else you won't get any hike for sure. Sr. Management of the company has wavering sense of humor. Extremely volatile decision making, which changes every month based on their judgement. which can break your career

Since past 3years we working Bgss as Bangalore location our office in bank of Baroda Head Office building .in that building they looking our employees very cheap mentality & if any others Bank employees done mistake they blamed Evey time Bgss team we don't have any admin our separate bgss in building cleaning also not good our floor proper no training room's here.work place no freedom no activity no cultural festivals celebration . I am kindly requesting please change the our building location humble request Note.if location will change every thing is good to work.

...ng is they have dual management where you have take a decision whom to follow. They judge your work on the basis of your salary and during appraisal the old one says you have high salary sorry we can’t give you any hike.

Work culture and liquidated policy and the situation of HR as they don’t have any stand any stand in-front of old man. No knowledge enhancement plan, for training they sent untrained employees. If anyone have an ability to become an apple-polisher they have good career.

...o work life balance 7. No previlage for late night travel or food allowance 8. No bonus or variable pay 9. Poor management by higher authorities as they do not have a say in bank’s procedures. 10. Intrusion to holidays like second/fourth Saturday and Sundays. You have to work on these holidays and a compensatory leave against it is a tough and sorry state of affair.
