I work in baroda dairy for 1 year appreticeship traning. I like very good management and work culture is nice and company job timing and compny rules very good and worker safety component available and compny policies very good .

Dislikes

Salary is very good given but career growth is slow. And there is a lot of politics.

During my job i got very much good experience about various learning towards labourlaws full awareness of compliance of legal matter how to tackle labour force unionism activity persuasions and other matter like iso 22000 food safety management iso 14001 Environment iso 45000 safety and health management system contract labour and so many aspect related to day to day activities which affect to our food safety all these activities are part and partial of our management system for achievement of organisational growth .our orgaisation is co- operative sector which deal with producers, consumers and workforce i.e.employees Whom we are deal and satisfy towards organisation goal.

During the time of lok down in karona period, I went home on vacation before looking down, but due to lok down, I was stuck at home for 2.5 months, yet I was not given 2 months salary.
