compensation is descent but growth is slow. the work is not pressure I have to work 8-9 hours manager do not value an indivisible in last 10 years . no of job training in old emp. we feel pain sometimes in last 5 years.

Good learning, get to learn latest techs. Good visibility of work to management. Ample number of opportunities to learn and grow. They provide time to time training which helps in your work. Good managers, less politics.

Dislikes

...azy. No team outings and team parties. 9 hour policy feels like factory culture. Pay outs are also on lower side. High management is kind of bureaucracy like they make office boys to serve their lunch, take off their utensils after lunch, cmon is this a factory?

No respect for time zones for employees working in India, global and APAC team plan there calls and meeting as per their convenience doesn’t matter wether it’s 6:30 am or 9:00 pm IST. No agencies so support every aspect has to be done by employee even the creative designing part without even help of proper software’s. Company is under restructuring and lay offs are a common sight within 6 months of joining on a pretext we expected more, but to indication given that you are not performing.
