Hard working employees only get work not increment nor bonus LGBT is the only priority in Barclays so if you want to grow up then don't be straight because management doesn't care about you at all Also mens are at work is only sign you be proven the same at work because if you are men you will be pushed with no encouragement and with no motivation on the other side if you are a girl you would be given all kind of exception since last 3 years I'm witnessing the experience and reporting to any level will not make any difference it rather harm reporter

Overall company is good if you are happy with your current package. Since 4 years company is always giving excuses to increase your salary in the name of covid and economic crisis. However, if you have good hold with management or with your VP. You will get good salary hike and bonuses. Finally, company is very good in terms of job security, culture and work life balance.
