Overall its been a good experience working in this organisation, salary hike is also good if u hv good rating for the respective year, management is quite similar every other organisation not much of difference. Incase u find an ideal Leader u ll more than happy to come to office otherwise the same old story. HR hardly has a role in case u r facing any problem with the mgmt.

I liked the work but the thing I hated the most was when there were an error or an appreciation from the client, my manager and his manager were always there to steal the credit. But whenever there was an escalation, my manager and his manager were never around d to support.

Dislikes

Compensation and work credit. There were no overtime paid only in our process. Also, when I joined I was told the shifts will be rotational meaning, people who do morning will need night shifts too. But that never happened during my 2.5 years of tenure. Management was very stubborn and sad. They say they will reimburse you if get sick and needed to be admitted to the hospital, but that never happened with me. My manager didn't took interest in it. Also there was a male employee who was not cooperative about work. Even after complaining about him do many times nothing happened.

...les and responsibilities. Staffs across all levels are treated fair and respect. Also one of the top pay Master in the industry, overall a great place to work.

Dislikes

Barclays should focus on improvising their applications and systems. Other few concerns like market correction or pay revision would help to retain the tenured staffs.

In my point of view Job security is based of the process because if the process gets over they might send out. Working culture is best compared to other MNC's. Management is very worst. Police's not that much satisfied

In my point of Dislike describes that compensation benifits is very poor to an Employee. Some of could not able to survive with that and there is no career growth for many of the employees, people who close to the team lead and operations manager get better career growth. There's is no accidental death cover and some of it. Their treating of employee is not good in some process
