Overall company is good if you are happy with your current package. Since 4 years company is always giving excuses to increase your salary in the name of covid and economic crisis. However, if you have good hold with management or with your VP. You will get good salary hike and bonuses. Finally, company is very good in terms of job security, culture and work life balance. I enjoyed my 5 years and company has always supported me during my hard time.

Good experience day by day enjoying my team member , good training give for all process, good salary paid but appraisal is not good to given by TL , two way cab providing is one of the plus in Barclays , but driver taken over advantage to employee some drivers only , anyhow i worked Barclays with full happiness.
