Carrier or development growth is slow, though they are working on it but it depends on project and management as well.

Workload is not manageable , any person resigns ,it takes at least 6 to 9 months to refill the position. But there is no reduction in work we do even though we are short of resoruce.

Its the best place to work. Work - Life balance is well maintained. Compensation is also best in market. Employee friendly company. Benifits are also many to count.

Nothing at the moment. No on-site opportunities for permanent employees

...ant. It can often hurt high performers from getting promoted and add more value. Also, if you are expecting that better performance or critical roles will fetch you better bonus, then I would say its pretty flat. The top leadership is good but accessibility is something you have to work thru.

... years. They get very less increment as compared to the one who are newly hired. I have been working in Barclays for more than 10 years still my monthly in-hand salary is less than 1 lac which is so much disappointing to me. Barclays values are just followed on paper and not in practical.
