Shit level of office politics, crazy favouritism, no growth opportunities, no hike and worst of all is management use pip as a tool to pressure employees to work extra and many time even without overtime pay.

...nt still there will be so many people in pipeline so it depends on your manager and director when you can get promoted The bonus is quite disappointing here and depending on your rating the hike will depend but on an average u will get 8/9%
