Absolutely no job security at present situation. Mass layoffs are taking place blindly targeting some of the roles in the name of org restructure and new strategy adoption. Unplanned hiring and firing culture. Worse work culture.

Few department, Stakeholder is too demanding and hence always a push back on tight timelines. Being industry getting stagnant due to global recessions, less opportunities to grow and move lateral in organisation.

Really a good organization that takes care about the well being of the employees and good pay and work life balance for some of the teams

Dislikes

Some of the roles are really customised and specific to the entity and work life balance is really hard in certain teams where work has to happen on an agile basis

I want to know about the company Capco. Current domain: Data Engg YOE: 4.7 CCTC: 16.4 Offer: 23(fixed)+1 JB Post: Sr Consultant 2 grade M2. I want to know about the company culture,WLB,job security,bench policy.Also,I am a bit confused.The role offered is for a consultant,but the questions were more oriented toward arch. There were no questions on PySpark.The manager said the work is on ETL migration for Barclays using AWS Glue and Spark,but no related questions.Should I take the offer or continue rounds with EPAM,UST,EY? There are other offers. Yash Tech:22LAP(fixed) Publicis Sapient: 25(fixed) Quantiphi: 25(quoted from my side,no offer yet) But the thing is that here the work is unclear. Also there are other company rounds going like EPAM,UST.
