...t good tech stack and company don't value good employee and technical expertise. They more focus on showoffs As a tech person u can get more pay outside and they don't care about good talent

Good work life balance with good compensation. World class new office with loads of amenities Overall good company and one should look forward to work with Barclays.

Carrier or development growth is slow, though they are working on it but it depends on project and management as well.

...ant. It can often hurt high performers from getting promoted and add more value. Also, if you are expecting that better performance or critical roles will fetch you better bonus, then I would say its pretty flat. The top leadership is good but accessibility is something you have to work thru.

Shit level of office politics, crazy favouritism, no growth opportunities, no hike and worst of all is management use pip as a tool to pressure employees to work extra and many time even without overtime pay.

... years. They get very less increment as compared to the one who are newly hired. I have been working in Barclays for more than 10 years still my monthly in-hand salary is less than 1 lac which is so much disappointing to me. Barclays values are just followed on paper and not in practical.
