...he people at the lowest level is a dream. the managements are always on holiday. work is more and salary is less. if u r already working with Barclays my sympathy is with you and if you are planning to join the Barclays join in the higher management, there your life will be chilled and work load is less, so please do not join without making a enquire, join jp morgen or tcs cz the work environment is good and they are hiring

Barclays company and compensation are best, they take care of their employees and no salary cut or issues ever, everything on time w.r.t money, a very best organization

Team Management, vision and focus is not good atleast my team were I am working but can't blame entire organization, it's best in Market!

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bound of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...ant. It can often hurt high performers from getting promoted and add more value. Also, if you are expecting that better performance or critical roles will fetch you better bonus, then I would say its pretty flat. The top leadership is good but accessibility is something you have to work thru.
