...rything is stream line, expectations /objective from individuals are very clear. Good Yearly Bonus. WFH during the CORONA, and now 2 days WFO only.

I left because of only my immediate manager had not given IJB thought I had cleared all rounds successfully and it was happened twice. Poor mentality Manager.

Likes

Compensation and office vibes are good. There is a hybrid culture 2 days per week from office.

Dislikes

Poor management of assigning roles for grads. No role switch mobility. Work is more of a maintenance and support rather than developing, solving problems, debugging, and enhancements. No Learning and repetitive work. One weekend every month has work.

Work life balance is okay. External hires get good package.

Dislikes

Toxic leaders don't promote skill but promote their favorite girls in the name of diversity. Promotions give only 3-5% hike which you get anyways even when you don't get promoted,so what's the point. Appraisals are worst at Barclays, 3-5% avg hike every year. No benefits, rewards, reward points etc. Nothing.

...t good tech stack and company don't value good employee and technical expertise. They more focus on showoffs As a tech person u can get more pay outside and they don't care about good talent

Offers you a secure job as they rarely fire employees unless it's something major.

Dislikes

Toxic work culture, low pay grades for existing employees and rare opportunities for growth, They keep promoting a toxic work culture in the name of diversity and inclusivity
