Manager is God in this organization,if you donot blindly obey their orders,you might be fired.They will put you in extreme pressure to work.Team politics is on peak.

Dislikes

Compensation is ok,but growth is very slow.Work Pressure is high.You might be forced to work extended hours and weekend as well. Managers do not value individuals strength. Managers will stop individuals from taking any training.

I'm now looking to switch sectors and earn {12-15 LPA by 27-28. My math skills aren't great, so some fields are out.
