Few department, Stakeholder is too demanding and hence always a push back on tight timelines. Being industry getting stagnant due to global recessions, less opportunities to grow and move lateral in organisation.

We can easily adapt to new tasks and also we can develop our skills too.....i have to say that Trainer and team leader will be very calm and so jovial to everyone..... Infrastructure is really awesome.....i feel proud to be a part in Barclays ....This is the platform are the best for freshers so utilise your skills over here.

Worst management, Noida management, no respect for their employees. Everything Noida management does for Pune location Barclays, all VP's , AVP's and trainers are corrupted and involved with each other for harrassing and targetting employees. Do not even think of going in Barclays as personal banker retail voice process. They will torture you utmost. Making you feel to leave organisation at any cost. Simply do buttering and l*ck there asa for promotion and staying there. Rebellions stay away.

Toxic work culture, low pay grades for existing employees and rare opportunities for growth, They keep promoting a toxic work culture in the name of diversity and inclusivity

... this company hell. A calling background person running Trade finance in India. From AVP to director all are only pushing below grade people and making their WLB hell and themselves enjoying with good salary with no work. If someone from UK reading this plz change this management else you'll have to shut process in India in coming days.
