Absolutely no job security at present situation. Mass layoffs are taking place blindly targeting some of the roles in the name of org restructure and new strategy adoption. Unplanned hiring and firing culture. Worse work culture.

From AVP to director all are only pushing below grade people and making their WLB hell and themselves enjoying with good salary with no work.
