Absolutely no job security at present situation. Mass layoffs are taking place blindly targeting some of the roles in the name of org restructure and new strategy adoption. Unplanned hiring and firing culture. Worse work culture.

Few department, Stakeholder is too demanding and hence always a push back on tight timelines. Being industry getting stagnant due to global recessions, less opportunities to grow and move lateral in organisation.

...evel employees time and views. Company culuture and policies are very conducive. They also pay well and is a great place to work.

Functions might get a little boxed in after some time so it's essential to keep moving in / out of different functions to grow.

...he people at the lowest level is a dream. the managements are always on holiday. work is more and salary is less. if u r already working with Barclays my sympathy is with you and if you are planning to join the Barclays join in the higher management, there your life will be chilled and work load is less, so please do not join without making a enquire, join jp morgen or tcs cz the work environment is good and they are hiring
