Company's work culture is good for employees. Those who are permanent they enjoy. They get many compensation and benefits.

Those who are working on contractual period they don't have right to get equal compensation and benefits like permanents. There job security is quite hard.

Nothing about this company is appreciation worthy. The management is just people who run after girls. Doesn't matter if you work hard. They will remove you on order to protect eye candy from getting into trouble.

A total shit show. They don't have people. They can't manage people who work there. No work life balance. No phones policy. Micro management to the point where it's literally feels like jail. A girl named Taba for promoted twice cause she was close to vp named Ank. Useless management. Not disclosing names. But if you are former employees you know.
