There is lot of career growth , learning , hike and bonus , if you have your Godfather already working there . You can't survive on your own capability and hard work alone.

Work life balances and culture is great! Long term stay given you join at pay package in upper quartile.

Dislikes

Career growth is not driven by skills, no better than any other organization in this respect. Best is to move between teams to extend your knowledge/career progression if you don't see growth within the same team.

... work in. I joined here as a fresher and don't regret a single day working here. Good projects, Good team structure(PODS) & great compensation and benefits. Also their support during covid was exceptional.

Favouritism by some managers, but I guess It is common across companies & Industries.

Company's work culture is good for employees. Those who are permanent they enjoy. They get many compensation and benefits.

Dislikes

Those who are working on contractual period they don't have right to get equal compensation and benefits like permanents. There job security is quite hard.
