Work life balance is good along with good number of paid holidays and management actively encourages to take holidays. They constantly explore new ways to work.

...didates are either not given the right opportunity due to bias or insecurity. The HR will low ball you for salary despite all hue and cry about pay parity and transparency. They need to invest in operations and administration technology tools like JIRA etc to make processes more efficient.

...ace to work. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow. Work culture is very good. Pay is above the average market pay. Most important, you will get opportunity to work alongside very smart and intelligent people.

Some departments have bureaucracy. So, growth can be slow.

Only we get good pay .if we do overtime and weekend working apart from that no proper increament no value for employees

Fixed reporting days to office Limited office locations and basically limited job openings No bench, directly they will fire you... But you can even apply for other positions within the company and get rehired. I feel, No bench is actually good, bkz lazy people don't trouble the hard workers!
