1. Technical-Head was not even 1% technically literate, used to do things which can satisfy their ego! 2. Design decisions were taken by people who don't even know the difference between serif and san serif. They used to make changes just to prove that they had everything in control! 3. Worked there for 6 months, but the owner didn't even try to have a conversation with me!

The management here is a total joke, especially the Business Head. Completely useless, rude, and clueless. Employees get treated like garbage, and no one in charge cares at all. The owner couldn’t care less about his employees and just lets this disaster continue. It’s pathetic.which has created a toxic and demotivating work environment.

Not a Good place for Female Employees. Business Head being a women doesn't care about Female Employee's Health. She didn't allowed to leave to an employee who is suffering from Period Cramps. Also she asked for Death Certificate for taking a leave on Relatives death. She asked to come office to prove that you were really met with an accident.

The CEO is behaves like children. Not have decision taking power. Also the business head is egoistic. Operation head no words. But at some extend HR head have knowledge.

Management is not good. They behave like Dictators. Childish Behavior of Management. Especially a one who call herself a Business Head is the dumbest one I have ever seen. Zero Behavioral skills.
