Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

To much pressure. You have to work for 15 hrs and staff will keep running away bcs if low salary but management will blame you for everything. Plus they have budget to present on job portal but when it's time offer suddenly company doesn't have budget.

I'm working south outlet really my english also improve ,,, staff also nice my bm really really very nice person ,,,,, one thing it's really bad Lst year lockdown I'm also stay In staff room after 3 month I'm going to home ,,,, after I'm come they will not give me pending salary ,,,, he will remove my employe code ,,,,, bt I'm allredy inform to bm he also msg me I know company give the salary bt hr person take the salary nd chnge the code this is nt fair ,,,, nd also my joining salry is best 1 year after transfer 3 thousand lesss every company will growth the salary bt bbq less new joining person salary extra my slary is very less manager b.m , c.m salary is fixed if any employee concern to bm cm related to salary he will say again company will nt give u salary why u come nd talk to me related to salary very bad thing ,,,, company is very bt some people now has big position he has many attitude

Yes I like Barbeque Nation and I am 100% satisfied in this company

But the company is not even paying the salary time to the employee, whenever someone takes leave, he is giving direct salary hold and there is no value of core value anymore.. like the employee is not focused anymore, and also the Bonus.. it is not given,,, that is wrong rules bcz of bbqn is big company and brand company name of know,,, thank you.

They look after every employee and the best thing in Barbeque Nation is an employee of the month and monthly appreciation and party, they also provide free meals for Lunch and Dinner.

Dislikes

Salary does not beat inflation, They never give placement in the same state or city you are living in. Always give placement outside your hometown.
