Over all, Company is good !!! 1. A learning and growing environment (like I was working in support roles and with the help of my some senior managers i got a chance to switch to development ) 2.If you want to learn, you can.Then it's like the sky has no limit. Prove your work and grab promotions, recognition and even better pay 3. Good clients, like i got to work with some big Indian industry giants and some german clients 4.Supportive managers (like i worked with two managers, both were supportive and took a stand for me even when i was not expecting it.)

1. Delay in salary 2. No food facilty near office you will have to carry food from your home 3. travel cost burden (like it cost 200 per day to travel just 2 km from office )

...nrealistic expectation , midnight work and Weekends torture is very common here. - Poor Compensation and no employee benefits. - Salary delayed always . - No career growth. - No work life balance.

you'll gain experience on how to survive in hell.

Dislikes

Almost 0% increment. Toxic work environment. Salary is always delayed. Managers take all the credit. Employees get only 2-3% increments. Paid parking. Clients demanding refunds. Work on Saturdays and Sundays, plus late nights on weekdays.

This review for those who are thinking of joining this company. 1. Do not trust their Linkedin profile because marketing team are active and they know people will be attracted from their profile. 2. All positive review on glassdoor and ambition box are paid and negative reviews are real ex employees experience. 3. Micro management and no job security and managers are expired in skill set. 4. Engineering head is a monster and all managers are but*erers. 5. Recently they have given employment recognition and posted on LinkedIn but I say it's not a employee recognition and it's employee buttering recognition. Still if you wanna join this company then welcome to the hell🔥🔥🔥
