There is lots of things which i strongly like specially of Top Management. 1. Top Management Leadership to drive the company with a clear vision and strong ethical values. 2. Senior Leader's top to bottom approach with deeply involvement in the day to day operations which fosters transparency & a sense of shared purpose. 3. The Leadership and teammates are very supportive which creates a culture of collaboration that encourages a continous learning and professional devlopment.

Dislikes

1. While Banyan Nation's mission & leadership are strong. Policies are also there but need to enforce all policies strictly for everyone. Some middleman who are the owner of the policy, itself bypassing while application for them. 2. Workplace & culture is very cool & supportive but still some middleman's soft skills, politeness need to improve specially while dealing with workers and colleages.

1) Good Teamwork towards Organization Goal. 2) Management is closely review of works and helps for resolution. 3) Technology being used for scrap recycling is wonderful for environment pollution reduction. 4) Policies are in place and satisfactory. 5) Company is always open for new developments.

Dislikes

Housekeeping and 5S needs to be improved.

politics especially venkat and Giri from Procurement team. They will never allow anybody to grow. If you are growing then you wont be working there anymore. More than 70 Regional Heads have been saked so far since its establishment as per the previous employee saying in my tenure also have seen. NO JOB SECURITY
