Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

It is a Korean company but they worked like a workshop. They treated their employees like a slave. You can't take a leave. Working hours no fixed time is given. Work for 24 hours continuously still you have to ask to go to home. If work is pending still having a time to complete the order yet you have to stay in company till the order complete. Work-life balance is zero in a very simple words.
