...ou joining with smiling face but company's term and conditions are very inhuman. You will get only part of your salary... They cut salary on various unethical rules. Don't offer you leaves. Don't expect a single penny of salary hike even after 3-5 yrs of working. If they make a increment they change your service condition, duty hours. Usually don't give you salary for first 2-3 months. Change their due promise at any time like never promised..Ex Like they promise 50000 pm but actually after 3 months you will know that you are getting at 30000 pm. Will cut your salary on issue as like as if you are 10 sec late but expect you to work free overtime usually daily and on each sunday too. Condition of junior doctors, Nursing staff and lower staff is pathetic.

Management relies more on managers rather then doctors. Most department are running with less manpower and burntout.Nursing care are not appropriate, they don't appoint experience nurses and technician .lack of Carrier growth is a great concern .

Likes

There is no job security cause of multiple bosses. Bosses listen only flatter people. If you are making happy thier flatter you will have longer stay. If you think that boss will listen then you are going to do mistake. Because boss believes their flatters.

Dislikes

There isn't anything to dislike except flatters.
