The salary structure is arbitrary. They give appraisals to those who are close to the senior partner as the appraisals are to be done by senior partner. They ignore the others working under other partners. They offered me a higher salary to reject an offer that i received but they did not give me the salary that they offered. So we could not think for long term employment in such dirty culture.

Audit managers provide great help at client places to article trainees in case they are stuck in any assignment. They are given the sense of responsibility to handle tasks on their after some time which makes it a better place to work.
