Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The company is established in since 1977 overall 40th year manufacturing year and the company manufacturer is transformer and transformer core cutting and assembling to the transformer. The company is year by year growth to our turnover is very good and the company's all employee and staff and company director is very dedicated and hard work to growth our manufacturer and organization for our company.

The company is no any facilities and no accommodation to this company and all out station on roll staff and worker are suffering to convince to paid our freight for daily come to company. No any other complaint to problem our management to take action.
