This is hell working in this company so toxic environment they won't respect your feelings they won't respect your privacy they won't give any emergency leaves and the team leaders are so friendly but the HR department is worst management is worst the HR department they think the world is revolving around them. The HR GLADSON that m***** f***** is worst human being in the world and cunning fellow if you did any single mistake every one will target you even if you sneeze they'll create a scene agreed i did a mistake being rude to the customer but they didn't raise any warning letter they didn't raise any warning mail they didn't move me into PIP spotly terminated me from the company my 2 years of experience is 0 now till now I didn't get any job because of that m***** f***** GLADSON what is going to happen if you guys gave me one more chance because of that GLADSON m**** f***** my whole family is struggling i can't even buy a milk packet so guys if your going to get a job in here you have to work 12 hrs a day for 6 days if you want to work here அமாசாமி போடுற பழக்கத்தை கத்துங்கோட

When i was a fresher I joined here .I felt will only 6months here but fortunately I crossed 2years on this company on of the wonderfully company after I joined other company and regret why I relived there .it's not looking company while working it's looking like you r in college days .I love bankbazaar.and team leaders love u guys .it's all I'm saying is chennai branch .

Salary have to better . Bcoz that is the main reason I relived form there .

Salary will credit on time and if there is a shutdown they will play fun activity that was very good

There is a lot of pressure in the work and they didn't even allow for us to take your brake if you didn't complete your target and they will make us to take overtime strictly
