People work in bankbazaar dont want to worry about their salary as promised it will be delivered to account every month without any delay, but your happines will go away when you enter into floor, it is a huge burden, the peroson who you report will not take care of any thing, & will not help you for any thing mainly on process related , but they expect great output, life is becoming hell

Your happiness will go away when you start working in floor, it is a huge burden, they make you more pressure , your team leader or no one will help you, but they expect great output every day, if you ask any thing they start dominate you and corner you or if they understand your situation start blackmile you interectly through process. It is a HUGE HELL

pay for work is relatively good compared to other companies.Proper incentives also was provided when we overachieved.

Most of the team leaders are a bunch of hypocrites.Nothing against the management though.Leaves weren't provided even during emergency situations by the team leaders and floor coaches.

This is hell working in this company so toxic environment they won't respect your feelings they won't respect your privacy they won't give any emergency leaves and the team leaders are so friendly but the HR department is worst management is worst the HR department they think the world is revolving around them. The HR GLADSON that m***** f***** is worst human being in the world and cunning fellow if you did any single mistake every one will target you even if you sneeze they'll create a scene agreed i did a mistake being rude to the customer but they didn't raise any warning letter they didn't raise any warning mail they didn't move me into PIP spotly terminated me from the company my 2 years of experience is 0 now till now I didn't get any job because of that m***** f***** GLADSON what is going to happen if you guys gave me one more chance because of that GLADSON m**** f***** my whole family is struggling i can't even buy a milk packet so guys if your going to get a job in here you have to work 12 hrs a day for 6 days if you want to work here அமாசாமி போடுற பழக்கத்தை கத்துங்கோட

There is no job security, they not provide exact salary, on every day should have achieve the target . The pressure was too heavy . First achieve the target and the can log out .
