There is job security, salary is ok I guess Other than that I can't think of anything else

Dislikes

Management doesn't know what goes on ground level, they keep making new policy which are against the benefits of employees, no coordination between different level management. I give you a example, there used be inter zone transfer every year but it hasn't happened in the last three year. I think I can go on and on.

...fference between highly knowledgeable and skilled employee and average employee. Both gets same salary and promotion eligibility remains same for both.

Working sorouding was good, chief manager Mr. Bongano Ramarao guided me very well.All staff people were co operative. As it was field work, other persons were going to field work, what they were bringing account's were opening by me in the bank.

...t like field work, that to so far village's. That works will be perfect for men. And also they won't keep attendance, no more salary, no incentives. At least for good job, who know to work in system, they can promote to some clerk post....or some office work.

...rom time to time. There is no threat to the job until you are loyal to the Bank.Salary in PSB is at par but when we compare it with other govt. departments, it is far below. As regards politics is concerned, it is every where.
